Welcome to one of Toronto’s most celebrated attractions. Toronto’s famous ice rink at Nathan Phillips Square. This rink has been a quintessential Toronto experience for generations. It is set in the unique urban backdrop of sparkling lights and a large holiday tree. Bring your friends, family and loved ones and make magical memories on ice that you will all cherish for years to come.

The skating rink has been a classic for almost 60 years. Skate rentals are available, as are skate sharpening services for those who already own a pair. Helmets are available to rent as well and the skating rink is generally open from early December until March, depending on the weather.

During the holiday season, the skating rink is decked out in twinkly lights and a tree befitting the size of the square. For the rest of the season, the rink is framed by the Freedom Arches, which are an awesome sight up close.
